i got to meet my niece makenna for the first time!!! i held her all day. i told her not to pay attention to anyone calling themselves "auntie em" or "aunt lala", because "aunt allison" is the only one that matters. especially because she has a real name.

"70th Anniversary"


the family gathered with strangers from all over the country to celebrate my grandparents 70th anniversary! seventy. years. seriously! this is real. its so hard to believe. it's fantastic. i'm so proud that this is my heritage.
