we had open house tonight. no one ever comes, so my boss thought a petting zoo might lure them in. it lured them into the petting zoo. but i sat in my class for 2 hours talking to no one.

top row, left to right: 1) something my dad made for a high school art project. my grandma gave it to me for no reason. 2) my c.s. lewis cube! he's my favorite author. he gets his own cube. 3) maracas from mexico.

middle row: 1) my politics/government cube. my favorite subject to read about these days. 2) a cross my sister gave me. 3) my favorite classics.

bottom row: 1) my coconut from hawaii. i mailed it to myself while i was there one summer. 2) my "to be read" cube. 3) my jar of pennies. hmm. i'm not sure how i feel about the public finding out about that. it seems kind of weird. a jar of pennies. but there it is.
